Sir, and for my last meal I choose fried calamari and shrimp
parmigiana from the Ships Cabin Restaurant, conveniently situated on Ocean View
Avenue with astounding views of Chesapeake Bay.
And it was espectacular (that’s Spanish for spectacular)! Several people have told me to get my fill on
things I am going to miss most. There
was a Hooters right down the road and I’m really going to miss their………wings,
but I love me some seafood.
T-minus 9
hours until show time, and it’ll be a really long 2 days. My first flight is 6 hours, then a 3-hour
layover, and then another 7-hour flight.
Needless to say there are certainly more enjoyable activities. However, I am looking forward to getting over
there and being gainfully employed. This
holding pattern I’m in is mind numbing.
It’s time for some mental stimulation.
