One of the great services we provide here at the hospital is healthcare for the local nationals. Our gates are open for them to seek medical attention on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This service is actually dual in purpose. One reason is to keep our docs current in their practice. Otherwise the only time they would be active is if we received war casualties. The other purpose is public relations. There have actually been several instances where we have provided care and that has caused a change of heart for locals who have then provided us with insider information.
With regards to these Tuesdays and Thursdays, one of the first things I learned was to NOT use the restrooms in the waiting area on those days. Not even 5 minutes passes and they are thrashed. I've provided some photographic evidence of the toilet seat. Keep in mind this is a squatting populace. THEY STAND ON THE TOILET AND SQUAT!!! It's hard to see, but those are foot prints.
